Description

The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center is soliciting quotations to provide bread products for VISN 12 Southern Network VA Medical Centers Nutrition & Food Service and Veterans Canteen Service located at the following locations: Edward Hines VA Hospital, Hines, IL; VA Medical Center-Lakeside Division, Chicago, IL; VA Medical Center-Westside Division, Chicago, IL; and the VA Medical Center, North Chicago, IL. Period of performance will be from December 1, 2000 though November 30, 2001.
