SYNOPSIS: (1) PRON: AX0J0116AX, Noun: Quill Assembly, Gear, NSN: 1615-00-760-3314; P/N: 204-040-003-33, Quantity : 2 each. Applicable to the UH-1 Airframe/Power Train Unit. FOB Origin to East Rockaway, NY. With First Article delivery is 2 each 318 days after contract award. First Article Test Report is 188 DACA. Without First Article delivery is 2 each 200 days after contract award. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Justification for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1. This proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government does not have specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition. Approved source is Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., Hurst, TX 76053. The time required for approval of a new supplier is such that award and delivery cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source.
