Description

Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with those specifications, schedules and drawings forming parts thereof, for repair of air handling system in Building 36, Section 2C. Work is to include air handler replacement with related controls and system balancing. All work is to be accomplished in strict accordance with applicable NIMA, EPA, NFPA, and OSHA requirements. The performance period for this project is 170 days after notice to proceed. The contractor will be required to work premium time for any work that may disrupt Government services.The approximate cost of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Simplified Acquisition procedures will be used and 100% of this project is set-aside for small business. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 235110, size standard $11.5 million are applicable. A site visit will be held approximately 7 November 2000. The estimated closing date for receipt of quotes is 20 November 2000. This work is located at the National Imagery and Mapping Agency facilities at 3200 South Second Street, Saint Louis, Missouri.
