CAP,MAN'S,GARRISON,TYPE II, CLASS 5, KHAKI 3729. NSN: 8405-00-297-4025(s). Specification Mil-C-17614(F) dated 14 August 87 applies. Pattern date 30 April 1992 applies. This procurement is a set aside for total small business participation only. One contract will be awarded for a total quantity of 18,150 each, with four (4) deliveries at approx. 4,538 a month destination New Cumberland, PA. Production lead-time is 120 days after award. Acceleration of delivery is permitted. Limited Best Value Source Selection will be used. Evaluation factors are Product Demonstration Model (PDM) and Experience/Past Performance. Production Demonstration Models and Experience/Past Performance are required on the date and time of solicitation closing. Buy American Act and Balance of Payments Program, DFARS 252.225-7001 applies. See numbered notes 1, 9, and 26.
