Description

The U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price Requirements Type Contract with General Electric Company, Aircraft Engines, Lynn, MA for the acquisition of various T700, T701 and T701(c) spare parts designated as sole source. FOB Point for all orders placed will be Origin. Justification for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government does not have specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CSL or SAR information. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. No telephone requests will be accepted.
