Description

AMENDMENT 01: PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE IS CHANGED TO 01 OCT 00 THROUGH 30 NOV 00. This is a notice of intent to extend the term of contract No. F01600-94-C0083 with Elaine's Cleaning Service, 4108 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, OH 45434 for an additional two month period, commencing 01 Oct 00 and ending 30 Nov 00. Services shall consist of Furnishing all labor, materials,transportation and equipment necessary to provide Custodial Services at Maxwell AFB and Gunter Annex, Al. Hours of operation will vary depending on the facility to be cleaned. Services are normally not required on weekends and holidays. No solicitation will be issued for these services. See numbered Note 22.
