Description

To correct the first announcement this procurement wont be sole source, but as state below. The Government has a requirement for a contractor to perform full service in cleaning the outpatient clinic in chapel Street, 8th floor, Location is: VA New York Harbor Healthcare System, Brooklyn Campus, Brooklyn VAMC, 25 Chapel Street, Brooklyn, NY. This procurement shall be procured and awarded using the commercial item procedures. The term of the contract shall be from Date of award through September 30, 2001 with a Government option to extend the term of the contract for (2) additional one-year periods. This procurement is 100% small business set aside. The applicable SIC is 7349.
