Description

The Office of Justice Programs (OJP), Office of the Assistant Attorney General (OAAG) intends to issue a sole source order to Mr. Robert Greeves for consulting support services. Mr. Greeves will provide on and off-site consulting support to develop strategies for integration of criminal justice information systems, reengineering of grant guidance policies, and serve as liason to state and local criminal justice components and other organizations in furthering the objectives of the OJP Information Integration Program. His strategic planning expertise and information technology project management experience will be utilized to support OJP in satisfaction of the Agency's information technolgy, grant coordination and state/local information architecture approach. This requirement is for 1,040 hours of base effort with an option for an additional effort of 1,040 hours. Period of performance will begin November 01, 2000. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within five days after date of this publication will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
