Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is F31610-01-Q-0030 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-16. The Standard Classification Code (SIC) is 4785 (for coding purposes only) and the small business size standard is $7.0 Million for this acquisition. The estimated dollar value of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This action will be pursued on an unrestricted basis. This procurement consists of providing all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, equipment, and all else necessary to Service Industrial Waste Tanks/Separators at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC. The following provisions apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors _ Commercial; FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation _ Commercial Items, the Government will award a purchase order resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offer whose proposal, conforming to this synopsis/solicitation, will offer the best value to the Government, price, and other factors considered. The listed FAR clauses apply to this solicitation and are incorporated by reference. All FAR Clauses may be viewed in full text by reviewing the Federal Acquisition Regulation Table of Contents via the Internet at http://www.arnet.gov/far/current/html/toc.html#52. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions _ Commercial Items is applicable. FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders _ Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The entire solicitation will be released solely on the FedBizOpps website, www.eps.gov. (Paper copies will not be released) It is the offerors responsibility to monitor this site for the release of amendments (if any).
