Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. is N00244-00-T-1600. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-019 and Defense Acquisition Change Notice 20000831. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 5045; the small business size standard is 100 employees. This procurement is for two 12 month subscriptions of Haystacks III DC-Rom; two Haystack windows Lite and two Haystack windows Navy database network. Period of performance will commence 01 October 2000, with option provisions for three additional years. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items applies.
