Description

The Depatment of Veterans Affairs, Medical Center, 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach , FL 33410 will attempt to award a sole source base year with two option years contract with Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. 7201 Hamilton Boulevard, Allentown, Pa. 18195-1501 for four (4) cryogen fills for the General Electric MRI, including Labor, mileage, and proprietary equipment with both Black and White quench liability protection. The Government intends to solicit only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. All responsible offers wll be condidered. Request for solicitations shall be submitted in writing to the attention of the Contracting Officer at the above address. If no request are received in the contracting office by September 28, 2000, the VA Medical Center, West Palm Beach shall proceed with negotiations with Air Products and Chemicals, Inc.
