Solicitation F1162300T0761 is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Services Nonpersonal to provide all labor, equipment, material and transportation required for the cleaning of grease vapor hood and duct exhaust systems per specifications listed in the Statement of Work. Service period of performance will be date of award to 30 Sep 2001. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; requests for quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F1162300T0761 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation can be viewed at http://www.eps.gov/. The solicitation package includes the statement of work, provisions/clauses and wage determination. There will be a site visit available for any contractor interested in viewing the locations. Site visit date is 5 Oct 00, at 9:00 AM central standard time. Interested parties may call ahead to get directions to Building 460 Firestation, located on Scott AFB. This will be considered 100% set-aside for small businesses. The closing date for the request for quotations (RFQ) is Wednesday 11 Oct 2000 by 4:00 PM central standard time. Offerors need to complete the provision 52.212.3 the Representation and Certification and submit it with their quotation. Facsimile quotes will be accepted. Late quotations will not be accepted. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Contract award cannot be made to any contractor who is not enrolled in the Department of Defense (DOD) Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Program.
