Description

The Defense Information Systems Agency intends to negotiate with Dialogic Communications, Franklin, TN for proprietary emergency automated notification system. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. Responses must be received within 3 days from date of this publication. Interested sources may respond by written request furnishing clear and convincing data substantiating their ability to furnish the Governments' requirement, including technical and pricing data.
