Description

The Government intends to purchase on a sole source basis ANNUAL SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE from Integrated Security Management Systems (ISMS), POB 109, Burke, Virginia 22009. This maintenance is for ISMS's proprietary Document and Personnel Package for 32 users inclusive of Progress Query/Report for 32 users and Progress 4GL/RDBMS, single user, 1 lot. The annual support through 30 September 2001 includes the following: unlimited telephone support, Monday through Friday, exclusive of Federal holidays, from 8AM to 6PM Eastern time; software updates as released, Y2K compliant, shipped FOB Destination. The ISMS software is currently licensed for use on a DEC Alpha computer using a VMS operating system. Quoters must be able to provide the ISMS software support. Award is to be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures- reference Quote N00178-01-Q-3000.
