Inspection shall be by Certificate of Conformance and acceptance shall be performed by ARSC receiving section. The desired delivery time is 150 days, the required delivery is 300 days after receipt of a contract. The Coast Guard intends to make a one time buy which may result in split awards for the parts listed above using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. This is a limited source procurement; parts must have traceability back to the original equipment manufacturer. A Certificate of Conformance will be required for each part showing traceability to the original equipment manufacturer. The solicitation requests must be in writing and may be requested via facsimile, email or by written letter to USCG, ARSC, HU25 Contracting Section, Bldg. 79, Elizabeth City, NC 27909.
