Description

Provide PCA pumps and ancillary services, i.e., medication (as requested), supplies, support services, inservice training for VA staff, etc. for and at the VA Connecituct Healthcare System, 950 Campbell Avenue, West Haven, CT. Contractor will provide the pumps to VA on a per diem basis. Contractor will be required to provide 7 day/24 hours per day service, including telephone support services and delivery and maintenance/replacement services. Performance period will be for one year. Soliciation package will include two additional option year periods. Solicitation package will be available on or about September 27, 2000 and may be obtained by written request. SIC code 8099 applies to this procurement. Reference RFP 689-5-01 on request. This procurement is a small business set aside.
