The scope of the work includes, but is not limited to, removing and disposing of approx 145 ft of gutters and six approx 12 ft downspots on the parking lot side of the building. Replace with new gutters and downspouts. Install approx 145 ft of new gutters and approx six 12 ft downspouts on the Reilly St side of the building. Replace approx 242 ft of rake edge metal, 121 ft on each end of the building. Re-flash and/or seal approx 50 ft of joint between the main building and 2 nonmetal roofs, the entrance roof and the side lounge roof. Install new approx 700 sf of metal roof over existing metal roof of storage room. Accomplish Topcoat, or equal, roof sealant application in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and detail drawings. Site visit will be held at 1000 on 14 Aug 2000.
