This procurement is for the purchase of Genepix 4000A Scanner with integrated microarray and analysis software and pentium computer. At a minimum scanner must be capable of simultaneous imaging of Cy3 and Cy5 fluors in high speed/high throughput fashion with ability to perform line averaging, high sensitivity of 0.1 fluor/square micron with low signal to noise ratio, dynamic PMT adjustment of both channels and a small bench footprint (approx 12"wide x 18"deep x 8" high).
