Kelly 612-725-2183 The Minneapolis VA Medical Center Toxicology Laboratory has a requirement for Lyphochek (as manufactured by BioRad Laboratories or equal) Quantitative Bilevel Urine Controls to include urine metals, urine tox and catecholamine/ metanephrine, VMA standards, columns and solutions. All lyophilized quantitative urine controls must be made up of a minimum of 74 constituents and provide the most comprehensive list of assayed values and include electrophoretic patterns along with the assayed values. Products shall be from a human CSF based control and must have a 30 day stability after opening.
