This solicitation is for the procurement of price listed items manufactured by Lokring Technology Thermo Sealed Casting. The intent is to award one contract for the entire price list. FSCs to be covered are 4730 and 5180. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Solicitation is not available until 15 days after published in the CBD. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total extension shall not exceed NINE years. This is an unrestricted acquisition with a 10% preference for SDB concerns. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within Federal Supply Classes 4730 and 5180. While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award may be based upon a combination of price, delivery and past performance as described in this solicitation.
