Kuney, Contract Specialist, (703) 784-5822, X254 Sources Sought -- The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM), Director Program Analysis and Evaluation (PAE), is seeking qualified sources capable of supporting design, development and execution of an acquisition war game simulation. Interested parties must demonstrate their ability to develop a baseline scenario, inclusive of roles and responsibilities of participants; integrate a decision analysis model that provides quantitative feedback based upon event selection; and capture and assess the findings to provide viable performance feedback to participants. The selected vendor must be capable of providing a turnkey scenario, inclusive of scenario development, setup and operation of hardware/software, preparation of necessary documentation for participants, and additional coordination required to ensure optimal performance. Following initial assessment of vendor capabilities, qualified firms will be provided with a detailed Statement of Work (SOW) to further develop their approach to the requirements. Offerors will be selected on the basis of oral proposals and limited written submissions addressing (1) Approach to the Requirement, (2) Personnel Qualifications, and (3) Past Performance. Interested parties must be General Services Administration (GSA) schedule holders. The following materials must be included in the submission: Statement of capabilities to accomplish the proposed effort; current GSA schedule contract information and pricing schedule, inclusive of any proposed discounts; and other matter directly addressing the firm's ability to meet the aforementioned needs.
