Request for Quote (RFQ) number MDA220-00-Q-0033 will be issued for the sole source acquisition of AdminSTAR maintenance support services from ITC Learning Corporation. This is a sole source requirement to provide access to a web-site to download standard report data models, standard query and report templates, and user/technical manuals. The contractor shall provide all necessary qualified personnel, materials, and technical data to provide telephone support, fix software errors, minor enhancements, and product upgrades for the AdminSTAR enterprise licenses for both the Admin and Learner modules. These sites will provide coordination assistance with the receipt of AdminSTAR materials and perform necessary liaison functions. In addition, vendor will provide access to a web-site to download standard report data models, standard query and report templates, and user/technical manuals. The overall objective is the maintenance of specified training materials and the delivery of training for use at the DFAS Headquarters and DFAS Indianapolis Center. Responsible vendors who believe they can satisfy this requirement shall furnish a detailed proposal to include cost and price not later than August 22, 2000 at 2:00 p.m. to the government point of contact listed in paragraph 11 above.
