The Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to Everest VIT on other than full and open competitive basis for the purchase of (1) camera system which must be capable of operation both in air and under water with a custom electronics package capable of housing the control unit and pendent, a digital video walkman, and a high output 10.4 inch display. Additionally, video (S-video and composite) outputs, firewire and USB connections will be directly intergrated to this electronics package. Other custom requirement include the ability to transmit to a separate PC via an RS232 interface light level, pan and tilt, zoom, shutter, iris and gain positions, range and image height.
