Provide all supervision, plant, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform all work in connection with installing air conditioning and renovating the kitchen and lavatory; construction of a 4,050 square foot steel framed bay (concrete foundations, steel frame, insulated exterior metal panels, overhead vehicle tailpipe exhaust system, dry pipe sprinkler system, asphalt paving, and built-up roof system) in strict accordance with the Statement of Work, specifications, and drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The contract type shall be "Firm Fixed Price Construction". This will be an unrestricted procurement issued under the authority of FAR Subpart 19.1006(b)(1), Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1541. This procurement is subject to availability of funds and is estimated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The anticipated issue/posting date will be on or about August 8, 2000. The DUE DATE for thesolicitation shall be 30 days after actual issuance/posting on Fort Drum's Web Page. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered. The solicitation will not be mailed out and no Bidder's Mailing List (BML) will be maintained. The entire bid package will be available for downloading from the Fort Drum web page, no hard copies will be provided.
