Contract time is 90 calendar days. Contract award will be based on "best value" to the Government, price and other factors considered. Quotations will be evaluated based on the following criteria: past performance, experience and price listed in order of importance. This project is 100% set-aside for "emerging small businesses" under the U. S. Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The emerging small business size standard is $8.5 million and the SIC code is 1611. The Government's estimated price range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000.
