McNeley, Contracting Officer PRESOLICITATION NOTICE TO NOTIFY CONTRACTORS OF A FORTHCOMING SOLICITATION REPAIR SEA SITE 3 FACILITIES AT THE NAVAL AIR WEAPONS STATION, CHINA LAKE, CA The contractor will be required to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision required to repair buildings and facilities damaged in a plane crash according to the "as-built" drawings. Work includes Project will repair damage to the site, buildings, and structures that resulted from a plane crash at the site bringing the mechanical and electrical systems to operating condition and various repairs to the site and facilities. Repairs include reroofing, painting, replacing suspended ceilings, replacing doors, replacing carpet, replacing fences, repairing electrical systems, repairing propane gas system, repairing air conditioning systems, patching EIFS, repairing concrete, repairing concrete masonry wall, repairing handrail, test fire protection system, and repairing holes in the roof deck according to the plans and specifications andin accordance with applicable regulations, The work includes all related work, complete and ready for use including cleanup.
