This is a sources sought synopsis of private sector and/or federal agency offerors capable of providing Furnishing Management Services at Andrews AFB MD. The Government seeks commercial terms and conditions and contract type(s), performance based statement of work, and commercial practices for Furnishing Management Services. Contractor shall be primary manager for all furnishing assets located in backup warehouse and within housekeeping and non-housekeeping quarters. Functional areas of responsibility include financial management, warehouse management, accountability, and furnishing repair. Some tasks include request, receive, issue, store, budget, deliver, and pickup all government owned furnishings for use in government owned/leased facilities, quarters, and private rental quarters provided a lease agreement has been approved by the Housing Office. Basic service is to provide furniture and appliancesfor family housing, lodging facilities, dormitories, unaccompanied officer and noncommissioned officer quarters, and fire department sleeping and entertainment areas.
