The U.S. Customs Service has a requirement for an integrated multi-media system for the Canine Enforcement Training Center, Front Royal, Virginia. This requirement also consists of the installation of all equipment; 3 days of on-site training (1 day/week for 3 weeks); and, a 12-month manufacturer_s warranty. Contractor shall provide 12-month warranty to include all necessary repairs or replacement of equipment. In addition, contractor must be prepared, in the case of equipment failure, to arrive on-site, within 48 hrs. of notification, for repair or replacement of the systems. Front Royal, Virginia is located approximately 2 hrs. directly west of Washington, D.C. This is a brand name or equal requirement. Examples of equipment are, but not limited to: video projectors, document viewers, slide projectors, lecterns, wireless mikes, headsets (for translation purposes), video monitors, audio mixers, equipment racks. This system will serve one auditorium, 2 classrooms, and 4 translator booths. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 3669. This is a small business set-aside.
