The Corps has completed its evaluation of the technical proposals submitted in the first step of its two-step process. The Corps identified 7 prime contractors whose technical proposals were acceptable and issued Amendment 0001 to them. That amendment invited them to submit sealed bids (step two). Please note that bids can be submitted by only those 7 offerors. For the information of any potential subcontractors and suppliers, the aforementioned amendment, 0001, will be provided to all planholders along with a new amendment, 0002, extending the bid opening date to August 8, 2000, 2:00 PM local time.
