Request for Proposals No. 10181-00P091 (YY) for Indefinite Quantity contract for fee title and/or easement-type real estate appraisals on an as-needed basis prepared by fully-qualified real estate appraisers certified by the State of Nevada. Initial contract shall be awarded for one year plus option to renew for up to 3 additional years. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions. Appraisals shall be of lands in Nevada and possibly adjacent states for areas classified as agricultural, ranch, recreational, wetlands, transitional lands and lands with endangered species.
