Solicitation number 00-Q-070 will be issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). This is a 100% small business set aside. The SIC code is 8299 Educational Services, and the small business size standard is $5.0 million. The United States Secret Service has a requirement for contractor services to provide training courses at locations throughout the United States and abroad. Training courses shall be both in the detection and investigation of counterfeit currency and the technical aspects of the production of genuine currency.
