Description of Supplies/Services: Firm Fixed Price unlimited use contract for 2,600 user-passwords for subscriptions, via internet service, to the following nine (9) legal research publications from The Bureau of National Affairs: (1) BNA's Environment and Safety Library, (2) Workers Compensation Report, (3) ABA/BNA Lawyers Manual on Professional Conduct-Newsletter, (4) United States Law Week, (5) Government Employee Relations Report (6) Family Law Report (7) Criminal Law Reporter (8) Federal Contracts Report. Requirement will be for a base year with 4 Option years, for a total of five years, with the Base year beginning 21 August 2000 31 July 2001, Option year 1, beginning 1 August 2001 31 July 2002, Option year 2, 1 August 2002 31 July 2003, Option year 3, 1 August 2003 31 July 2004, Option year 4, 1 August 2004 31 July 2005. The Offer' s shall submit a proposal for the total 5 years, failure to do so may result in rejection of your proposal. In order to facilitate the Government's technical evaluation process, offerors are required to submit written technical proposals that identifies the technical capabilities of their products and services being offered. To evaluate past performance the offerors shall provide names, contact points, and telephone number of three (3) commercial or government customers that are currently using the items being offered. Offerors shall include a completed copyof the provision at FAR 52-212-3, "Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items", with their offer.
