Kelley, Contracting Officer (805) 989-1943 The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, (NAWCWPNS) Point Mugu, CA intends to enter into negotiations and award a Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract with Boeing Company, Military Aircraft and Missile System Group of St. Louis, Missouri. Services will include technical support necessary for the development of data loading software and engineering support for aircraft integration of the Tactical Aircraft Moving Map Capability system (TAMMAC) and associated avionics systems. Associated avionics systems are those that require data loading through the TAMMAC Advanced Memory Unit (AMU) or utilize the TAMMAC Digital Map Computer (DMC) as a processing and bulk memory resource. Boeing is the only source who has the knowledge, experience and technical data required to perform these TAMMAC unique services. The Government contemplates a contract for a base period of three years starting approximately 1 October 2000, and two one-year option periods. It is planned to award the IDIQ contract with Delivery Order 0001 being issued concurrent with award. Task Order 0001 will meet the contract's $200,000 minimum order requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm, other than Boeing St. Louis, should respond in accordance with Numbered Note 22.
