Nonpersonal Services: Work consists of, but not limited to, furnishing all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, and equipment to clean and pump out oil/water separators, clean/pump out sand traps, clean/pump out grease traps, empty septic tanks, and dispose of the septic/non-septic waste products pumped from those facilities at an approved site off base. Location of the work will be at Nellis AFB Nevada 89191. Period of performance will be 1 Oct 00 through 30 Sep 01 plus four option years. The resulting award will be a requirements contract. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside, utilizing the size standard in FAR 19 under Standard Industrial Code 7699 based on an annual average gross revenue of $5.0 million for the last three fiscal years. This solicitation will be prepared in accordance with FAR 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items.
