The Fort McCoy Contracting Office will be posting a DRAFT solicitation on or about 14 July 2000 to the Interagency Interactive Business Opportunities Page (IBOP)for an A-76 cost comparison study that is being conducted for the Installation Support Services at Parks Reserve Forces Training Area (RFTA), Dublin, CA in accordance with the OMB Circular A-76 Performance of Commercial Activities. This office welcomes comments with particular emphasis on the performance work statement and sections L and M. Approximate issue date for the final solicitation will be 25 Sep 00. This procurement will be solicited unrestricted under a cost plus award fee arrangement. Contract term will consist of a phase-in period; base year plus four option years. A formal source selection procedure will be used during the evaluation process. A site visit will be conducted during the final solicitation period. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 8744 and the small business is $20 million annual average gross revenue of the concern for the last three fiscal years including Foreign and Domestic affiliates. Based on the results of the cost comparison the Government may elect to award a contract or to retain the functions in-house. Services include complete operation of Logistics Support Services Division, Public Work Services, Plans and Training Support, Administrative Support Services.
