This acquisition is for the procurement and installation of a Hirsch Momentum Access Control System server to control access in six Secure Compartmented Information Facilities at the DISA HQS, plus upgrade of Momentum Server Software to Enterprise License EP-20, necessary equipment and software to complete the upgrade. Controlled Access Concepts is the only metropolitan Washington, D. C. area distributor of the Hirsch system. This synopsis is not a notice of intent to issue award on an other than full and open competition basis and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. The determination of the Government not to open subject requirement to full and open competition was made IAW FAR 6.302-1 and 10 USC 23039c)(1)-and is solely at the discretion of the Government.
