The selection criterion is listed below in descending order of importance. All responsive proposals shall be evaluated by utilizing the following factors: (a) Specialized Experience in the Work Required, (b) Qualifications and Capabilities of Principals, (c) Past Performance, (d) Qualifications of Supervisors and Personnel, (e) Management and Control, (f) Location of the Firm in the General Geographic Area and (g) Previous DoD Awards. Contract will be awarded for five years (5) for a total amount not to exceed $3,000,000.00.
