The Umatilla National Forest is soliciting quotes for Alfalfa Hay for the Forestry and Range Sciences Lab (PNW)on the LaGrande Ranger District. Alfalfa hay to meet the following specifications: (1) Second or third crop alfalfa hay, no grass (2) 16-20% crude protein (3) 55% TDN (4) 130 relative feed (5) 2 string bales (6) Hay shall be free of mold and moldy bales will be rejected on delivery. Hay shall be delivered, FOB destination to the Starkey Experimental Forest Hay Barn. The Forest Service will unload and stack hay.
