Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with those specifications, schedules and drawings forming parts thereof to repair two restrooms located in Building 36, Section 1A. Architectural work shall include the replacement of wall and floor tile, installation of a suspended ceiling, replacement of stall partitions, painting of walls, and installation of bathroom accessories. Mechanical work will include replacement of water closets and urinals, replacement of an exhaust fan, installation of ceiling exhaust grilles, and demolition of wall-mounted radiators. Electrical work shall include the replacemnt of light fixtures and receptables and other minor electrical tasks. The performance period this project is 60 days after notice to proceed, however the actual construction period shall not exceed 28 continuous calendar days. (SIC Code 1542, size standard $17.0M) A site visit will be held on or about 20 July, 2000. The approximate cost ofthis project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. This work is located at the National Imagery and Mapping Agency facility at 3200 South Second Street, which is east of Broadway and south of Arsenal Street in the City of St. Louis.
