Furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, operations and all associated work as required to perform Firm-Fixed Price Roof Repairs to existing roof on Building 324 (Officer's Club) at the Naval Air Station, Fallon, Nevada in accordance with contract specifications and drawings. The project includes three (3) roof sections. The lower roof section over the kitchen area is approximately 5,470 SF, the section over the O-Club area is approximately 4,970 SF, and the section over the dining room area is approximately 1,680 SF of Building 324. The roof is an Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EDPM) system. The estimated price range for this project is between $100,000 and $500,000. The SIC Code is 1761 with a size standard of $7 Million. This solicitation is open to all business concerns. This acquisition will be competed under the Small Business Demonstration Program by Source Selection. The contract resulting from this solicitation will be awarded to that responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is determined to be the most advantageous to the Government considering price and technical evaluation factors. The combined technical factors of past performance and experience are approximately equal to price.
