Concerns having the ability for providing Comprehensive Sanctions Center Services for male and female Federal offenders. Interested offerors are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the contracting office listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability and treatment and medical care. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of the facility shall be in the Orlando, Florida area. At submission of proposal, offeror must indicate if the place of performance is appropriately zoned to deliver the services specified in the proposal; or provide a plan of action which includes dates and specifics for obtaining zoning of the proposed place of performance. Operational hotel/motels will not be considered as a physical plant for this requirement. Estimated total number of inmate days are 44,530 inmate days for the two year base period, 22,995 inmate days for the first option year, 23,725 inmate days for the second option year and 24,455 inmate days for the third option year. Estimated RFP issue date is on or about July 10, 2000. Estimated closing date is September 7, 2000, 2:00 p.m. local time. A requirements contract is anticipated.
