Thomas, 706-731-7176 Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to replace the fire alarm system in Building 110 and network campus buildings at the Uptown Division, 1 Freedom Way, Augusta, Georgia, in accordance with all drawings and specifications. The replacement fire alarm system shall utilize new conduit and device boxes for the installation of system cabling and new devices. The replacement fire alarm system shall consist of a fire alarm main panel remote annunciator, smoke detector, pull stations, etc. The replacement fire system shall be a programmable microprocessor based panel. System to be installed and substantially complete prior to demolition of existing systm, such that both systems are operational at the same time. Applicable SIC Code is 1731. Cost range is between $500,000 to $1,000,000. Bidding materials consisting of drawings, specifications and contract forms may be obtained by prime contractors interested in submitting bids.
