Furnish all management, supervision, labor, material, and equipment necessary to provide Military Family Housing Maintenance services for 1256 units. Work includes, but is not limited to: maintenance management; service calls; change of occupancy maintenance; recurring/preventive maintenance; appliance and equipment maintenance; and street sweeping. The base period of performance will be October 1, 2000, through September 30, 2001, with four one-year option periods, plus potential award terms of two additional option periods, all of which will be included in the evaluation for award. This solicitation is set aside exclusively for small businesses. The applicable SIC Code for this solicitation is 1799 and the corresponding size standard is $7 million. This solicitation will be issued as a commercial format Request for Proposals, using Past Performance/Price Tradeoff evaluation procedures. The Service Contract Act and Davis-Bacon Act will apply.
