CLEANING SHALL BE PROVIDED TO REMOVE THE HEALTH RISK. CONTRACTOR SHALL REMOVE NESTING MATERIAL, DISINFECT THE NESTING AREAS ELIMINATING PARASITES. GUARANTEE SHALL COMMENCE WITH THE COMPLETION OF INSTALLATION, ONLY IN THE AREAS WHERE STEALTHNET IS INSTALLED. STEALTHNET HAS A LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY, AND A ONE YEAR WARANTY ON THE INSTALLATION. 1 LO, 0002 CLEAN AND DISINFECT THE NESTING AREAS IN BUILDING 826. 1 JB, 0003 BOOMLIFT IF NEEDED. 1 JB, 0004 INCIDENTAL AS REQUIRED 5% OR ADDITIONAL NETTING. 1 LT Contractor shall eradicate birds from Kelly Air Force Building Number 826 (C-5 hangar), clean hangar of all nesting materials, sanitize and clean all bird droppings from hangar, and install preventive netting /covering to preclude all future bird intrusion into the hanagar. . If your concerns are not satisfied by the contracting officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of an acquisition. The Ombudsman does not diminish the authority of the program director or Contracting Officer, but communicates Contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman shall maintain strict confidentially as to the source of the concern.
