The basic system shall address all 11 elements of the OSHA "Employee Right to Know" law and, shall include a comprehensive hazardous chemical inventory of Yellowstone National Park, a system and stations for employee emergency response, labeling of all hazardous material in the Park, a draft written hazard communication program, develop an electronic data base in Microsoft Access format, technical support and training for use of the program.
