This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial parts prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ) number DTCG23-00-Q-TVT352. This solicitation document will incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-16. The standard industrial classification code is 3577 and the size standard is 1000 employees. The requirement is for (1) each 96 pin pinpoint test system. NSN 6625-01-449-6931, Model NR 4270US01 with included set of SMT clips vice included dip clips; (1) EA. Modem support to include internal model 56K min and carbon copy software pre-installed in system. The requirements for the tester are: (in-circuit test rate up to 10MHZ; Integrated reverse engineering capabilities and CAD package; integrated analog capabilities; integrated signature analysis capabilities; drive voltages up to +/- 12 volts @ resolution; sensor voltages up to +/- 13 volts @ 10mV resolution; minimum 750 mA drive current capability; 64K of RAM behind each pin. Items are to be delivered to USCG, C2CEN, Portsmouth, VA 23703. The prices are to be FOB destination. Delivery required 6/30/2000. The equipment is to carry a one year warranty.
