This procurement is for the following: CLIN. 1, TOPCON TRC-50EX RETINAL CAMERA with 2 MT-10 35MM CAMERA BACKS and AIT-11 TABLE, part #TRC-50EX, QTY 2. 1 each to be shipped to Travis AFB, CA & 1 each to be shipped to Lackland AFB, TX. Customer needs a technical POC to contact for support on the camera. Customer must have phone number, fax, email & reference numbers required for support. There is no installation required on these cameras. Please include all requirements on quotations. No partial quotes. No substitutions. Indicate FOB destination on quote (shipping included in price). The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, applies to this acquisition. Evaluation is based on best value including past performance, cost and ability to meet service requirements.
