We anticipate negotiating on a sole-source basis with Agilent Technologies, Inc. Agilent Technologies is the original equipment manufacturer and the only known source for system upgrades. The upgrades consist of proprietary hardware and software, and an additional 6-bed Telemetry system that is compatible with the existing telemetry system.
