United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), AZ has a requirement to construct an energy efficient home in accordance with a design and drawings to be provided with the solicitation. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1521 with a size standard of $17.0 million. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204, the magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. Selection of the successful contractor will be made using the best value procedures found at FAR 15.101. The evaluation criteria will be provided in the solicitation package.
