The U.S. Geological Survey, Water Resources Division, National Water Quality Laboratory, has a requirement for analytical services for tritium/helium-3 age dating of ground water which includes: 1) total dissolved helium and total dissolved neon both reported in cc at STP per g water; 2) the 3 HE/4HE isotopic ratio for total dissolved helium, expressed as delta helium -- 3; 3) tritium determined mass spectrometrically by the HE-3 ingrowth method; and 4) an interpretation of age. This is a requirements type contract. Performance period is for a base year plus four one-year option periods, for a total of five years. Delivery of data is FOB destination, Denver CO.
